Please notify our efficient team for any kind of order inconsistency or damage within 48 hours of the delivery day. In case with Faulty or damaged device replace or repairing of the product will be done in shortest time period.

Refund of all money is guaranteed in 30 days if proper installation of device doesn’t take place. For all refunds, kindly return the product in the original package. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days.

Device must be as in the same state as supplied.

Note: we provide 6 months warranty on StaySatark GPS/ Location tracking devices. Faulty or defective devices will be replaced free of charge within these warranty periods.

Kindly take note that this Return and Cancellation Policy is not valid to term contracts such as Client Service Agreements.
